Q. There are seats in the picture of Spigen Hall, is it all Standing?
Yes, it's the front stand. There's a rest zone - the resting area behind the concert hall, but it's not a reserved seat.
Q. Can I pay by credit card?
The early event for fancafe members is only available through direct deposit. You can pay by credit card once the purchase is available for the public. (early June) (NOTE: The early purchase event for the fancafe is already over!!)
Q. When do we get the Tickets?
On the day of the Performance, you will receive the tickets on site and then enter by first come first serve basis. (The ticket shows the number)
On the day of the Performance, the on-site ticket booth is open for two hours before the Performance.
Admissions start 30 minutes before the Performance.
Q. Is the name of the applicant different from the name on the bank account?
In order to proceed fairly, both domestic and foreign fans must have the same applicant/deposit Name. (NOTE: This more than likely goes for Early Buyers only)
When receiving on-site Tickets, you must bring your ID Card and the Reservation/Booking Statement. (Basically, Proof that you bought tickets already.)
Q. How do I sign in when I enter?
The Manager fills you in with your own admission bracelet when you enter!
Q. Do you have a group discount?
No, Tickets have to be bought seperately for each person.
Q. Can we give Park Bom presents ourselves?
Direct Delivery yourself will be difficult! Please submit it to the guide at the entrance!
Q. Can we take Pictures?
Yes.
Q. Will the early buyers get in first?
No, Admission is on a first-come-first-serve Basis.
Q. How many People will be there at the Fanmeeting?
There should be about 400 People in Standing.
